Refund policy

Star Maps UAE only sells products that are completely customized to YOU and to YOUR requirements.

This is why we have a no-refund, no-exchange policy across all our products, unless you receive a product that is damaged.

Due to this, kindly ensure that you double check all the details you add to your star map to avoid problems such as incorrect spellings, wrong dates etc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a new piece of the same design, completely free of cost.

We provide a 2 day margin for you to evaluate the product and inform us if there are any damages.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@starmapsuae.com. Please make sure to send pictures in your email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
