When should I order for Eid?
Order about a week ahead so there is time to approve your design; standard UAE delivery then takes 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery is AED 99 for orders before 2 p.m., and the digital file arrives within 24 hours.
Can I send it to family in another country?
Yes. Orders to Saudi Arabia are printed there and delivered free, in 2–4 working days to Riyadh and 4–8 to other cities. Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain also get free delivery, and the digital file can go anywhere within 24 hours.
Can the names be written in Arabic?
Yes. There is a range of star map designs with Arabic calligraphy-style text, and you can write the names, date and message in Arabic. You check the lettering in your design preview before printing.
