Star Maps UAE only sells products that are made to order and personalised to you. Because every print is made for one person, we do two things: we make sure it is right before it is printed, and we stand behind it after it arrives.

You approve your design before we print

Once your order is placed, we send you a copy of your finished design on WhatsApp. You get to check the names, the date, the location and the wording on the actual artwork, not a preview, before it goes anywhere near a printer.

We do not print until you confirm it is correct. Please read it carefully, because this is the step that catches almost everything.

Returns within 14 days

If your print is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and refund you. Return postage is on us. We ask only that the print comes back unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it is not what you ordered, we will replace it with a new piece of the same design, free of charge. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send photographs of the item and the packaging.
